I'm a Canadian living in Ireland trying to do my bit for the environment. I've started this blog partially as a place to keep all my research and recipes together but also in the hopes that by sharing my journey to going zero waste it may inspire others to give it or parts of it a try.

My journey expands to my hubby, a baby and a kitty. We are currently living in a mid-row terrace house in an estate in Cork City, Ireland which affects some of our zero waste efforts - for example we have a small yard which allows for easier home composting and some gardening.
